This week on A Prairie Home Companion, while our cast and crew await completion of repairs to the 1978 Winnebago satellite transmitter, we here at Frontenac tidied our hard drives, and a Springtime Compilation broadcast emerged with Stephanie Davis singing "Springtime Feeling in My Heart," and Donald Hall with Jane Kenyon's poem "Philosophy in Warm Weather." Guy Noir goes in search of Ralph Waldo Erickson (not a typo), and it's springtime baths for Dusty and Lefty. Plus, Rob Fisher with "Spring Fever," Philip Brunelle and VocalEssence. In Lake Wobegon, Ronnie Detmer, starting centerfielder for the Whippets, makes an amazing find out in the grass.
